The project “Modernization of the Raudondvaris Manor Arts Incubator Equipment,” which will be implemented by the public institution Raudondvaris Manor in 2025–2026, addresses the problem related to the current condition of the arts incubator’s premises and equipment, which prevents the full potential of this artistic and cultural space from being realized. Currently, due to insufficient infrastructure, it is difficult to organize works and events of high artistic value in the arts incubator, which limits the ability to attract larger visitor flows and meet their expectations. In order to ensure the development of the arts incubator and improve the quality of cultural services provided, it is necessary to invest in the material base.
Project objective
The main objective of the project is to modernize the audio and video equipment of the Raudondvaris Manor Arts Incubator and to adapt the exhibition hall for conferences and concerts. During the project, acoustic ceilings and walls will be installed, stationary audio and video equipment will be installed, and high-quality audio and lighting equipment and an LED screen will be purchased. These measures will enable the provision of higher quality services and attract more visitors, thus increasing the accessibility and quality of cultural services.
Planned activities
The following activities will be carried out during the implementation of the project:
- Installation of acoustic ceilings and walls in the exhibition hall of the arts incubator;
- Purchase of high-quality sound and lighting equipment;
- Purchase of an LED screen;
- Adaptation of premises for conferences, concerts, and other cultural activities.’
Project results
The implementation of the project will achieve the following results:
- The equipment of the Raudondvaris Manor Arts Incubator has been modernized to ensure high-quality cultural services;
- The premises will be adapted for various cultural activities, which will increase the accessibility and quality of cultural services;
- Conditions for organizing concerts, educational events, seminars, creative workshops, and exhibitions of high artistic value will be improved.
